    Job Details
  • The Physical Therapy Assistant serves as a member of the physical therapy team by assisting the Physical Therapist in the delivery of patient treatments and management of referred patients.
  • The PTA provides documentation of treatment and outcomes, discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education.
  • Participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have AZ license
  • BLS
  • 2+ years with hospital experience
    Schedule Information
  • 5x8's (Mon - Fri) 0800 - 1630
  • Rotating Weekends (2 - 3 weekend shifts)
  • Minimal to none RTO as consistent coverage is needed
    Unit Specific Information
  • Inpatient & Skilled Nursing Unit
