  • Job Summary: Registered Nurse position at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
  • Minimum Experience Required: 1 Year of Experience.
  • Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks with 36 hours offered per week.
    Job Requirements
  • Required Skills: IV Start and Telemetry.
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification.
    Schedule Information
  • 12 HR NIGHTS
  • Ratios: 1:5-6
  • Required Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per each 6 week schedule.
  • Floating is required as needed to similar units.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Average length of stay is 1.8-2.4 days in length.
  • There is rapid patient turnover on the unit, daily.
    Additional Details
  • Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.
