Traveling Construction Laborers and Plumbers – Water Feature and Themed Construction Preferred Location: Dallas, TX (Can live anywhere in the U.S. with travel required) About Us Outside The Lines, Inc. (OTL) is a national design-build specialty contractor specializing in fountains, water features, rockwork, and themed construction. Our projects include resort fountains, public plaza water features, and large-scale themed environments. We work nationwide on construction projects that transform spaces into extraordinary destinations. The Role We are hiring skilled Construction Laborers and Plumbers with experience in water feature construction, plumbing installation, and general commercial construction. Union membership is not required. If you have hands-on experience in plumbing systems, underground utilities, concrete work, or heavy equipment operation, we want to hear from you. This is a travel-based role with all travel expenses paid. What You Will Do • Install and repair plumbing systems for fountains and water features • Perform underground utility installation and repairs • Operate heavy construction equipment including excavators, skid steers, and trenchers • Perform excavation, trenching, and site preparation • Build concrete forms and perform flatwork for fountain construction • Read and interpret construction blueprints and site plans • Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe jobsite Preferred Experience • Commercial fountain or water feature construction • Plumbing, pump systems, and waterproofing methods • Pressure testing of water systems • Heavy equipment operation and excavation work • Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel for extended projects • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Health insurance, vacation, and sick time • Paid travel and accommodations for projects • Training and advancement opportunities • Unique projects with national exposure Schedule: Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed Travel: Nationwide travel required.
