Job Description

The Treasury Performance Analyst is primarily responsible for providing analysis to the Treasury Services Department across BOKF for sales, revenue and expense management, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting. Supports the development of business reports and provides analysis to assist in tactical and strategic management of the business.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations, technology, and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will exercise sound judgment in developing reporting, researching problems, evaluating various solutions, and using data to inform decision making that impacts the division's bottom line.
• You will ensure data quality and validation controls are in place to support accurate reporting and mitigate risk associated with inaccurate or incomplete data.
• You will employ data visualization/dashboard tools to illustrate emerging trends and KPIs related to specific strategic treasury department initiatives.
• You will be a subject matter expert that can create ad hoc reports based on business need and direction.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of banking experience.

• Basic knowledge of Treasury Service banking products and services.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of banking, bank operations and bank regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of PC-based applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processors) and a thorough understanding of bank application systems (financial, account analysis).
• Extensive problem solving skills
• Extensive flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner.
• Excellent ability to operate and communicate across LOBs, markets and all levels of BOKF
• SQL and PowerBI knowledge is preferred
