Job Responsibilities :

The Role is responsible to oversee business’s cash, funds, and financial transactions, including reviewing and monitoring the organisation’s cash position and liquidity management.

• Support cash management activities, including daily liquidity, funding, investment and cash flow planning.
• In charge of opening or closure of bank accounts, maintenance of bank delegation of authority and e-banking systems, including crypto account opening related matters.
• Managing system administrator functions to ensure smooth running of financial systems
• Consolidate weekly cash flow position report to HQ 
• Work closely with various relationship banks on KYC reviews, refresh/renewal of bank facility documents.
• To work closely with trade finance and internal stakeholders in anticipating funding needs.
• Assist in application of Banker’s Guarantees for the Company.
• Assist in the preparation of board paper for treasury related matters
• To handle ad hoc projects, assignments, duties, and responsibilities when required

Pre-Requisites :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree In Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
• Required 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Deadline oriented, work and time management
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English language
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
