You'll pay a small fee to access the client's information. You can meet clients remotely or locally to understand their needs and provide your quote and services directly to them. You can review the scope of work before accepting or declining a project. If you decline a project, you will not be charged the small fee. Upon acceptance, you will enter a direct project contract with the client and take full liability without Sumer Innovations involvement.
