The combined EMEA TSS Supply Chain Manager/ and Global 1234yf Supply Chain Manager role leads and manages all aspects of the EMEA TSS supply chain as well as the global 1234yf supply chain. This role is responsible to participate in the design, implementation, measure for success and improvement of the EMEA regional and global YF supply chain strategies and objectives, . The EMEA and Global yf SCM is responsible for the drive competitiveness of the EMEA supply chain (service and cost), lead and drive performance improvement, whileand ensuring customer and business needs are met.
This role manages the EMEA supply chain and is a member of the TSS EMEA Regional business team and the TSS Global Supply Chain team.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supply Chain Strategic Planning and Execution [EMEA TSS Region and Global Opteon™ YF)
- Develops, integrates and executes the supply chain strategies and plans in support of the business and functional strategies and objectives, and meets customer needs through integrated processes, systems and use of technology.
- Drives the alignment of the forecasted demand plan and the available supply plan. Ensures that supply scenarios are available to meet demand and plans accordingly if the supply and demand is not balanced
- Assesses and identifies any supply chain risks and generates the contingencies and mitigation plans and represents these during global S&OP process
- Evaluates supply chain performance targets to ensure actual performance is in support of business and functional strategies. Tracks supply chain KPIs and works in partnership with product management, operations, sales, and marketing to derive organizational improvement and alignment of business capability to demand.
- Manages and minimizes the Finished Product Distribution Expense costs by implementing strategic programs with Procurement logistics and 3rd party providers
- Represents the supply chain capabilities for the short (0 – 3 months), mid (3 – 24 months) and long-term (5-year plan) horizons.
- Ensure the regional ISO and cylinder fleets are well balanced and right sized to meet customer demand
- Provides, advises, and takes appropriate decision on technology and system improvements to drive process simplification, standardization, and the transformation to new supply chain planning tools
Opteon™ yf Global Supply Chain Management
- Provides leadership to define, implement, and optimize the global Opteon™ YF supply chain strategies and objectives while managing within the principal company structure..
- Evaluates the competitiveness of the Opteon™ YF supply chain with respect to service, cost, and investment.
- Identifies, positions, and implements global best practices in supply chain planning, scheduling, inventory management, and logistics to maximize company profit for Opteon™ YF.
- Identifies risks associated with the Opteon YF supply chain and current plans and develops/reviews options and contingencies to mitigate such risks.
- Leads integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans. Key Interfaces include: Global Product Manager Opteon™YF, Business Leadership, Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing/Demand, Customer Service, etc.
- Owns the supply chain map and identifies gaps / opportunities in the Opteon™ YF supply chain.
- Leads the appropriate portions of the monthly Opteon™ YF Global Supply Review
- Responsible for developing an initial Global YF Supply Plan by balancing global Opteon™ YF net supply and global capacity and works with Global Master Planner and Opteon™YF Global Product Manager to achieve this objective.
Regulatory and People
- Represent the Supply Chain function on the leadership senior staff for Chemours International Operations SA (CIOSA), including performance reporting, budget management, strategy contribution, decision-making and communications for CIOSA.
- Manages the collection and reporting necessary for fluorinated gases and HFC quota for CIOSA, UK, and ME to ensure Chemours does not exceed allowable targets.
- Goal-oriented individual who is a positive influence and role model leader that embraces change, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, and has a passion for exceeding company and customer expectations.
- Manages a team of supply chain professionals in the NL. Leads the annual Performance Management and Development processes to maintain a robust staff that evolves into future leaders and is resilient to unexpected events.
- Participate in divisional and corporate supply chain/logistics/operations councils or forums to drive best practice sharing, benchmarking and talent development.
- Plays a gatekeeper role between Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to assure import, storage, shipment, and supply meets regulatory requirements and governmental reporting.

The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
