Tucson HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary Summary At Alliance Plumbing, our technicians are known for one thing, providing the highest quality service and installation in Tucson. Our technicians are not responsible for selling a job, they are responsible for diagnosing and fixing the customer's problem with the best solution for that customer. Our Service Technicians are responsible for installs, repairs, and services heating, cooling, and ventilating systems by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Perform Installation, maintenance, and repairs on various HVAC systems (heating, cooling, refrigeration). • Troubleshoot system malfunction using diagnostic tools. • Disassembles and reassembles commercial equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventive maintenance. • Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system. • Explains the issue and work to be performed and completed to the customer. Provides a timeline and explains any wait times. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. • Maintain an inventory and keep the service vehicle supplied with the appropriate stock required. • Maintain a professional appearance. • Build and maintain relationships with our customers.
