Summary
At Alliance Plumbing, our technicians are known for one thing, providing the highest quality service and installation in Tucson. Our technicians are not responsible for selling a job, they are responsible for diagnosing and fixing the customer's problem with the best solution for that customer. Our Service Technicians are responsible for installs, repairs, and services heating, cooling, and ventilating systems by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform Installation, maintenance, and repairs on various HVAC systems (heating, cooling, refrigeration).
• Troubleshoot system malfunction using diagnostic tools.
• Disassembles and reassembles commercial equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
• Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system.
• Explains the issue and work to be performed and completed to the customer. Provides a timeline and explains any wait times.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Maintain an inventory and keep the service vehicle supplied with the appropriate stock required.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
• EPA Certified (Type I,II, and lII or Universal)
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Strong work ethic with desire to gain industry knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have a valid Driver's license, pass background check and drug screening Apply now to join our team!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
