Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, providing product knowledge, and resolving any issues or concerns. You will play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the high level of service that matches the premium nature of our products. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner. • Assist customers with product selection, customization, and order details. • Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. • Troubleshoot any product issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UBlockout products, services, and promotions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked accurately in our system. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or home goods setting. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Comfortable using customer service software and tools (CRM experience is a must). • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people.
