UI Artist

At Axes In Motion we develop and publish F2P mobile games from our office in Seville. Our games have been downloaded more than 400 million times all over the world, with a focus on open world driving simulators. We are currently expanding our talented and passionate team with the addition of a UI Artist designer.

As a UI Artist, your primary responsibility will be to design interfaces based on established UX guidelines, adapt them to various themes, and integrate them into Unity. Additionally, you will create unique assets and marketing materials that stand out in major app stores.

What will you do?

• Redesign the game interface while making use of UX principles and adapting it to different themes.

• Create style guides for each project, design the interfaces, and integrate them into Unity.
• Design marketing materials for app stores, such as screenshots, icons, promotional images for in-app events, and more.
• Generate game assets like coins, shields, fuel, and other in-game elements.

• At least 2 years of experience in UI Design
• Proven experience and expertise in UI design, including the design of visuals, iconography, buttons, and menus.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Proficiency in using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools to create new visual elements from existing screens.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms such as Android and iOS.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unity integration.
• VFX experience is a plus. The ability to create animations and engaging visual effects is important to enhance the interface's visual appeal and interactivity.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
