THE ZIP CODE IS 75243 Responsibilities: • Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner • Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary • Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles • Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival • Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures • Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms • Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks • Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items • Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders • Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner • Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) • Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed • Other duties to be determined by management Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Must be 21 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Must possess Level II, Noncommissioned security license (via TOPS) • Strong customer service skills • Familiarity with report writing • Monitoring and surveillance experience • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks • One year previous security experience is a PLUS! • Must possess a valid driver license • Must be able to get into and out of vehicle often • Must be able to work assigned flexible shift • Must be able to pass our pre employment standards/requirements (drug test, background check, and/or MVR for driving posts) • This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time • Must be within 15 miles from zip code EOE/M/F/D/V #HP #IND3
