Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. • Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. • Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential issues. • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. • Must be able to stand and walk in approved uniform. Experience • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
