Unarmed Security Guard Pay Rate:$16.00 per hour Employment Type:Full Time: 42 hours per week About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilantSecurity Guardto join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment at one of our clients locations (vacant building). The primary responsibilities are to monitor the property for thieves and trespassers. The ideal candidate will be dependable, observant, and comfortable working overnight shifts. Schedule & Locations: • 1406 W Walnut St, Garland, TX 75042 Monday & Tuesday – 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM • 9035 Forest Ln, Dallas, TX 75243 Wednesday – 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM • 1811 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206 Thursday & Friday – 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Patrol assigned areas of the shopping center on foot • Monitor surveillance equipment and regularly scan checkpoint tags throughout the property • Deter unauthorized activity and ensure a secure environment for tenants and patrons • Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and incidents promptly and accurately • Respond to emergencies and follow established safety protocols • Lock and unlock premises as required • Interact professionally with tenants, customers, and law enforcement when necessary Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in security or law enforcement • Familiarity with scanning checkpoint systems At Dunbar, we build elite teams of security professionals dedicated to protecting people, property, and communities.
