Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the overall safety of the premises. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. • Respond promptly to incidents, or emergencies. • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. • Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate potential threats. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. • Document incidents and prepare reports as required. • Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities. Skills • Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly. • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols is preferred. • Experience in loss prevention strategies is advantageous. • Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with others. • A background in military or security training can be beneficial.
