Unarmed Security Officer

Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer – Overnight Shift Location: Houston,Texas Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift) Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $14.00 Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to patrol and monitor a parking garage facility during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises, deter unauthorized activity, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the parking garage and surrounding areas. • Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues. • Provide a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity. • Report and document incidents, observations, and daily activity in a timely manner. • Respond to emergencies and follow established security protocols. • Communicate effectively with supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as needed. • Maintain professionalism and courteous conduct at all times. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must Have Level 2 Guard Card • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous security experience preferred but not required. • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. • Strong observational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations. • Must pass background check and drug screening.
