Unarmed Security Officer

Job Title:Security Officer Classification:Nonexempt Pay rate:Post pay ($19.00) Reports to:As determined by Brownstone Private Security based on the post. Position Summary:The appropriate candidate will observe and report incidents and assist with security and safety related issues at our client sites. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities • Practice all safety rules and procedures, at assigned post, as established by Brownstone Private Security to ensure a safe and healthy work environment • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. • Collaborate with all Brownstone Private Security and client staff, irrelevant of position rank or title. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Work Environment:Security officer positions involve exposure to and may require the officer to function in the presence of the following: • Inclement weather, to include extreme heat/cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. • Light conditions associated with day and night. • Environments without a controlled temperature.
