Currently Hiring for Mesa, AZ Security Officers FLEX SHIFT $21.37 This position will require foot patrol and physical activity A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED Responsibilities: • Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner. • Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles. • Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures. • Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior. • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms. • Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks. • Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items. • Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders. • Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner. • Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents). • Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed. • Other duties to be determined by Management.
