Unarmed Security Officer University Park Schedules: 7 days a week 8am-4pm (2 officers) Pay: $20/hour Benefits: • Daily Pay available • Tenure Compensation of up to 80 hours per year • Health & Wellness • Corporate Gold's Gym Membership • Chime + ACT Security Group partnership offers free online banking, including Get Paid Early (up to 2 days), Spot-Me (up to $200.00 overdraft protection), Credit, and Financial Wellness offerings. • Comprehensive Job Training • Professional Uniforms • Guard licensing application & training assistance • Company paid guard license renewal fees after one year of employment Responsibilities: • Check property and report any broken windows, lights out, illuminated signs out, vandalism, vagrants, etc. • Check elevators to ensure they are in working condition. • Perform monthly communication test on all elevators. • Check and report all graffiti found on property. • Report any criminal activity or property damage. • Complete security reports in detail and turn in each morning. • Patrol exterior, parking garage and interior common areas. • Be available for tenant requests such as escort to vehicle or respond to disturbance. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • Valid Texas Non-Commissioned Security License (Level II). • Ability to patrol on foot. • Strong communication and observation skills. • Reliable transportation to and from the site.
