About the Role: We are seeking an experiencedUnarmed Security Post Commanderto oversee daily operations at client sites. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, manage security staff scheduling, ensure service quality, and lead a professional, motivated team. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts. • Recruit, hire, and train security officers. • Create and manage schedules to ensure all posts are covered. • Monitor performance and provide coaching or corrective action. • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with post orders. • Track and control overtime costs. • Maintain accurate records for payroll and incident reports. What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of Operations management experience (security, law enforcement, military, or service industry preferred). • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems. • Must qualify for a Guard License (where required). • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
