Underground Laborer

Job Summary: TMM Communication LLC is hiring underground laborers to join our directional drill crew in Las Vegas. We’re working on major fiber infrastructure projects and need reliable hands to support HDD operations. Requirements: • Experience in underground utilities required • Must be able to assist with potholing, backfilling, basic restoration • Ability to operate a mini excavator preferred • Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions • Available Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm Benefits: • Weekly pay (W2) • Overtime after 40 hrs • Work is steady and long-term Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • Fuel card • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off • Paid training • Safety equipment provided • Tools provided Ability to Commute: • Las Vegas, NV 89199 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Las Vegas, NV 89199: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
