Underground Utility/Plumbing Foreman (Non Union)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-onUnderground Utilities Foremanwho can bothlead crewsandwork in the field. This is not a sit-back supervision role — you will be actively involved in daily operations, including machine operation, trenching, pipe installation, and site setup, while also guiding and training your crew. You’ll be responsible for safety, quality, and project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities-Including but not limited to: Lead, supervise, andwork alongside a crewon underground utility projects. • Operate equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers. • Perform hands-on installation of water, sewer, storm, and fire systems. • Read and interpret site plans and ensure installations meet code. • Conduct daily safety checks and enforce trench safety practices. • Train, mentor, and motivate crew members. • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors. • Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate progress/issues. • Ensure the job site is clean, safe, and organized. Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in underground plumbing/utilities. • Proficient with excavation equipment and underground installation. • Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm, and fire systems. • Proven ability tolead while working hands-on. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Underground utilities: 3 years (Required) Language: • Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
