Urgent Care NP need in Amarillo

Northwest Urgent Care, a part of Northwest Texas Healthcare System, is actively recruiting APPs for a FT or PT position. Join our collegial team in our recently-opened, modern urgent care facility in southwest Amarillo. 

Position highlights:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner 

Active, clear Texas license

Employed position

Prior experience in urgent care or walk-in setting preferred

Ability to be the sole provider onsite

Ability to manage high patient volumes associated with UC setting

Proficiency in common UC procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and FBR preferred

Experience reading EKGs and X-rays preferred

Spanish-speaking is a plus
