Job Description

The Duke Department of Urology, in partnership with the Duke Health Integrated Practice, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our newly established urology practice in Cary, North Carolina. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team within a state-of-the-art clinical environment and an established referral network.

The Duke Health campus in Cary will include comprehensive primary and specialty care services, full radiology capabilities, an ambulatory surgery center, and future plans for a freestanding hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including diseases of the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive system.
    • Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
    • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care.
    • Participate in call rotation with other members of the Duke Urology team.

Qualifications:

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
    • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina.
    • Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
