About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivatedU.S. Dealer Sales Managerto take ownership of our domestic dealer channel. This person will lead strategic sales planning, manage independent rep partners, and drive growth through relationship building, negotiation, and execution.
You’ll serve as the hub of our U.S. infrastructure—balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on support for reps and dealer partners. If you're a skilled negotiator, relationship builder, and market strategist who thrives in a mission-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic U.S. sales plans to grow market share and strengthen dealer relationships
• Manage and mentor independent rep contractors across U.S. regions
• Lead negotiations with key dealer accounts (e.g., NSM, NuMotion)
• Set performance expectations and hold reps accountable for results
• Identify new market opportunities and build business cases for expansion
• Forecast sales activity, report market insights, and communicate customer feedback
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Bodypoint and U.S. dealer networks
• Travel up to 30% for dealer visits, rep coaching, and industry events
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in sales or account management (dealer network experience required)
• Proven success managing rep networks and achieving revenue goals
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify new markets and partnerships
• High interpersonal EQ and professional relationship management style
• Experience in complex rehab, DME, or adjacent industry strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM systems a plus
