Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Candidate will look after the Reverse Network and Acceleration & Support organizations within the Fulfillment center operation.

The Reverse Network consists of three Return Centers and four cost centers, with STAR North recently transitioned to Realty. Each location is supported by a dedicated People Team. Currently, the management of three direct reports and the support of 1,072 associates is required. The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong skills in organizational design and change management, crucial for ongoing transformation and standardization efforts.

This organization extends beyond the three primary buildings and the Home Office groups, encompassing the entire Reverse business. Key components include:

• Two additional 3PL-operated Return Centers in Las Vegas, NV, and Johnstown, NY
• Six Liquidation Centers
• Ten Used Assets Centers
• Four Multi-Purpose Centers
• Nine Consolidation Centers

Resources from the Acceleration and Support teams within the FC Network have been integrated to form an Implementation Team that facilitates changes impacting multiple facilities. This team's roles and responsibilities continually adapt to support the business effectively. This organization is around 80 associates located in Bentonville and various locations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
