Used Car Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires both sales expertise and excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities • Customer Engagement: • Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner. • Ask questions and actively listen to understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets. • Product Knowledge & Demonstration: • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, benefits, and specifications. • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and handling. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, inventory, and current promotions. • Sales & Negotiation: • Suggest optional equipment and features to meet customer needs. • Guide customers through the financing process and payment options. • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement. • Sales Process & Paperwork: • Complete all necessary sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with the finance department to secure loans and complete purchase documentation. • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: • Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals. • Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers.
