We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer with a proven record of delivering irresistible solutions which address customers’ most challenging business problems and opportunities driving meaningful business outcomes and driving revenue growth. The best candidate will have experience collaborating effectively with a cross functional team in agile and lean delivery methodologies. They should also be able to demonstrate leadership technical curiosity and tenacity to partner with some of the leading technologists in the field of cloud cognitive computing and GenAI to design products that are modern and user-friendly.

Enable drive and lead the design team with the owner’s mentality to deliver and manage project tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.

Shape the strategy by setting high-level design goals to ensure a consistent and engaging experience. Analyze complexity simplify workflows identify the right problems to solve.

Drive alignment by collaborating with designers developers marketers and product managers to drive a shared understanding of user’s needs and behaviours.

Translate research into outstanding user experiences steward design from concept to final code. Creation of key UX artifacts such as concept maps storyboards taxonomies prototypes patterns information architecture workflows and design specifications.

Creating end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled solutions that help businesses make informed data-driven decisions.

Develop and playback interaction concepts to the larger team and be able to clearly defend design choices through employing prototypes at different fidelities to communicate design intent.

Identify new components patterns and templates to be incorporated into the design standards while working with other designers across the organization to ensure consistency.

Review designs of the multi-skilled design team improving the work while growing the designers. Foster a team culture of diversity and transparent collaboration. Share work-in-progress designs and actively engage in giving and receiving constructive critique.

Lead team stand-ups & playbacks and present design work as part of a compelling narrative to elicit buy-in from cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

Advocate for and facilitate human centered design in everyday work and client meetings.

Plan lead and moderate virtual and in-person enterprise design thinking workshops.

Portfolio of previous work must be presented demonstrating the ability to solve complex user problems through design thinking process ability to understand and address customer requirements effectively creating solutions with UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wire-framing interaction design visual design and design best practices.

At least 12+ years of experience in solving through user interface design creating mock-ups and prototypes (low and high fidelity) as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.

Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing analysis of industry trends task analysis workflow design layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.

Experience using GenAI and design tools (Figma Mural or Adobe Creative Cloud).

Strong communication storytelling and documentation skills.

Experience leading a team towards the successful delivery of high-quality designs to market.

Experience in enterprise software design and delivery

At least 12+ years of experience that demonstrates strategy leadership and collaboration on complex problems

7+ years experience as a design lead/people manager

Deep expertise in influencing multidisciplinary teams communicating design needs and accurately scoping your team’s work to drive action towards business goals

A portfolio of work samples that demonstrates experience in human-centered design with a proven track record for driving outcomes

Excellent listening written and verbal communication skills as well as storytelling and documentation skills

Ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week

Advanced degree in a design-related field or Computer Science

Known for transformational leadership and sustained record of excellent design work and leadership while actively contributing to developing the design profession
