UX Designer :

This role is responsible for creating compelling User Experience Design, both visual and interactional or coordinating, planning and executing User Experience Research activities for the organization's

products across platforms including web and mobile. User Experience Design associates will work across stakeholder groups and with internal and external customers, the role must understand and

analyze user needs and translate those needs into usable, valuable and desirable user interface designs and flows. User Experience Research associates will focus on usability tests, card sorts,

surveys, focus groups, interviews, task analysis, field and crowd sourcing user research for complex organization's products and services. This individual identifies the appropriate user experience

research methods/activities for each project, and is responsible for designing, planning, performing and communicating the results of research studies to stakeholders and project teams

This position requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Requirements :

Education: Desired BA/BS degree -- or equivalent in education and experience.

Experience: Desired related experience in the area.

Fuctional Knowledge: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.

Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

Leadership: Provides informal guidance to new team members.

Problem Solving: Be able to solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgement and precedents.

Interpersonal Skills: Communication - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
