The Role:

We are looking for a self-starting Product UX Researcher to join our team.  Your mission is to lead the discovery and market research of our platform for Digital Entrepreneurs and the companies paying them.

You understand how to research and analyze user behavior and deliver insights that result in development of products that fit the user needs.  You will assist in several aspects of product development and design by applying a wide range of research methods to uncover and solve user challenges by following qualitative and quantitative research methodologies collaborating with stakeholders and delivering compelling research findings and recommendations to the product team.

You are:

- Capable in analytics you believe in using data to inform decisions and ideas and continuous iterative product improvements but are also comfortable making large sweeping product bets.

- Humble hard-worker and motivated by the chance to improve the lives of users.

- Autonomous and able to see the big picture as well as the small details.

- Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and takes ownership for getting things done.

- Team player comfortable working in a high growth start-up firm and contributes toward an informal work environment.

The Requirements:

You will be confident in your ability to deliver on the points covered above taking into account the following:

- 4 years + proven experience in User Research preferably in Fintech or tech start-up.

- Demonstrable success in planning moderating and evaluating user research studies globally.

- Knowledgeable with user research tools design best practice and UX research methodologies.

- Working with product teams to translate customer needs to actionable items quickly develop prototypes and test them with users.

- Wireframing user flows and interfaces.

- Own all user interactions from onboarding to transacting within our web and mobile apps to increase conversion and decrease churn.

- Analyze listen to and engage with users to create action plans to improve product experiences for in-app interfaces and external notifications.

-Create reports on user flow activity for tests performed and improvements implemented.
