The UX-UI Designer for Cytiva is responsible for leading UX design efforts for our customer facing dotcom channel (cytiva.com) and delivering optimal brand experiences across all media.

This position is part of the Cytiva’s brand experience team and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, UX audits and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences

• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to solve problems effectively, with a focus on delivering high quality experiences

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and work closely with Interaction and Interface designers to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively

• Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs while maintaining design integrity

• Translate user insights and product requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, human factors, (or equivalent relevant experience)

• Strong knowledge of user-cantered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts

• Proven expertise in all phases of UX across a variety of projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes

• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis

• Hands-on experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or other design and prototyping software and experience with frameworks such as Lean UX and user-centered design

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is a plus
