• Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with UX designers product owners and developers to ensure that every piece of content aligns with the overall user experience and product vision.

• Craft Impactful Text: Write clear concise and engaging text for web applications used by millions of people across the globe making complex ideas easy to understand.

• Write in US English: Develop original copy that speaks directly to users enhancing their journey and guiding them through our applications.

• Support Global Communication: Collaborate with translators across 10+ languages providing context and insights to help them accurately convey the intended message in different cultures.

• Iterate and Improve: Continuously refine and enhance content based on user feedback and usability testing ensuring that our messaging remains relevant and effective.

• Champion User-Centric Content: Advocate for the user by ensuring that all written content is intuitive accessible and aligned with user needs and expectations.

• Present with Purpose: Share your content strategies and writing proposals with stakeholders articulating the rationale behind your choices and how they enhance the user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Phenomenal Writing Skills: Exceptional writing abilities in US English demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Experience in Software Development: Proven experience working on software development projects understanding the nuances of creating content in a tech-driven environment.

• User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and translating them into effective content that enhances the overall experience.
