Is this you?

Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a creative and driven UX/UI Designer who is eager to take on the main responsibility for driving and developing design processes and owning the entire design process from user research to pixel-perfect design.

In this role you will work closely with our other UX/UI-designer, our product managers, product owners, developers & QA:s. You will report to the Marketing, Product & Innovation Director for Sweden.

Do you want to do this?

• Drive and develop design processes, taking ownership of the entire design process from user research to pixel-perfect design.
• Map and enhance user needs by understanding their motivations and requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze interviews, user tests, and A/B tests to optimize user experiences.
• Create wireframes, evaluate and iterate designs, and develop UI for our products.
• Formulate hypotheses and ideas based on user insights, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and holding workshops to understand user needs and requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization, from product owners to developers, customer service, marketing, and sales.
• Have a significant influence over the product and processes.

We believe that you

• Have 3+ years of experience in modern product development with a strong focus on UX and UI, preferably including working with complex systems such as banking or financial systems.
• Have proficiency in working with tools such as Figma and JIRA.
• Holds a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Have a proven track record of effectively collaborating with developers, product owners and QA:s to seamlessly transition design concepts into development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Are familiar with designing for accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date of potential changes in legal requirements.
