Valve Field Return Coordinator, HVDC

The opportunity

The Valve team continues to grow and is now expanding with a new role to put additional focus on site related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop site interaction process in close collaboration with valve project management team.

The valve field return coordinator will be responsible to plan and coordinate inspection and testing activities of field return material from site included in the HVDC and SVC valve project scope of delivery. Furthermore, the valve field return coordinator acts as a support to the valve project manager with site related activities including quality deviations and material deliveries.

As this is a new function within HVDC Products the valve field return coordinator is responsible to develop and establish the process of above responsibilities in Adonis tool.

How you can make an impact

• As process leader in Adonis for field return activities the valve field return coordinator will be responsible to develop, establish and maintain field return process within HVDC Products
• Overall planning of inspection and testing activities of field return material from HVDC and SVC valve project deliveries, including material handling and availability of areas for inspection/testing
• Coordinate engineering and production resources to execute and document the investigation of field material from HVDC and SVC valve projects
• As part of the valve project team support the valve project manager as first point of contact to the site installation and commissioning teams
• Handle quality deviations occurring at site as recorded in QIT system

Your background

• You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working
• You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term
• You enjoy collaboration and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required. Swedish is preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders
• Experience from site works is beneficial, but not a strict requirement. Your personal profile is the most important
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineer basic knowledge is beneficial, but not as a strict requirement. Your personal profile is the most important
