Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedVB and SQL Programmerto join our in-house development team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with other departments to support ongoing innovation. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday), with flexible hours. Pay: Hourly or salaried compensation based on experience and skill level. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications usingVisual Basic (VB)andSQL • Modify and optimize existing code to improve functionality and performance • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across various in-house platforms • Maintain data integrity and ensure reliable integration between software components • Document code, processes, and technical specifications as needed Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on experience inVB (Visual Basic)andSQL programming • Strong understanding ofrelational databases, stored procedures, and data optimization • Familiarity with theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Skills: • Experience with CRM or dialer integration • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) • Exposure to call center or financial services environments What We Offer: • Competitive compensation (hourly/salary depending on experience) • Opportunity to work with proprietary systems and cutting-edge AI-driven solutions • Supportive, fast-paced team environment • Opportunities for advancement and skill development Ready to Join Us?
