Vehicle Sales Lead

Lalamove Automotive offers comprehensive vehicle loan and rental programs in the Greater Manila Area and Pampanga to help Lalamove Partner Drivers upgrade their vehicles and their life.

In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

Key Responsibility:

• The Vehicle Sales Lead will play a key role in overseeing and streamlining the vehicle sales operation. In addition, this role requires a strong focus on guiding team members to meet individual performance targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on motivating others and is committed to operational excellence.
• Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
• Work closely with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges and implementing solutions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
• Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
• Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
