Verification Team Lead

Veriff is actively hiring a stellar Verification Team Lead for its Tallinn office.  As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for your team's success, ensuring verification KPIs and quality standards are met. This includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing verification specialists. You will represent verification interests in cross-company projects and initiatives and play a crucial role in building and nurturing all aspects of the verification operations division.

• Being responsible for your team's success and ensuring the verification KPIs and quality standards are met.
• Taking responsibility for hiring and onboarding, mentoring, and developing the team of verification specialists.
• Representing the verification interests when it comes to cross-company projects and initiatives
• Playing a huge role in building and nourishing all the realms within the verification operations division.

• Able to think on your feet and think three (ok, more like five) steps ahead, taking multiple aspects into account
• Motivated by finding solutions - when you understand the “why,” you will figure out the “how.”
• Curious, empathetic, responsible, and creative
• Able to work with data and base your decisions on data analysis
• Knowledgeable about the Verification product and Verification processes
• Knowledgeable about the EU money laundering and terrorist financing prevention legislative framework is a bonus!
