Who You Are:
eCapital is currently seeking a Verifications Analyst to join our Onboarding team in our Orillia Ontario office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.
As a Verifications Analyst, you will be responsible for timely verification of invoices prior to purchasing deadline. You will be accountable for developing positive rapport with debtors and Onboarding team members by engaging in high levels of communication throughout the day.
Responsibilities

• Ownership of assigned verification tasks including the timely & accurate verification of invoices & shipments
• Building relationships with debtors to verify invoices in a timely manner
• Identification of billing discrepancies & disputes
• Identification of financial exposures or risk
• Communicating effectively with team members

Skills and Experience

• Attention to detail

• Math and basic accounting skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Accurate, accountable, and goal oriented

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business or related field is an asset
