Based in theHoustonarea, we are thrilled to announce an opening for a Verizon Customer Representative.Our Verizon Customer Representative team is crucial to driving brand awareness through engaging outreach campaigns designed to grow Verizon’s customer base. The Verizon Customer Representative role is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in hands-on marketing projects, contributing directly to the growth and success of our firm. Our unique approach is focused on understanding each customer’s individualized needs and tailoring Verizon’s products and services to not only meet, but exceed their customized needs. Our Verizon Customer Representative team combines creativity with strategic insight, ensuring every service and product we represent resonates personally with our targeted consumer base. Our newest Verizon Customer Representative will be instrumental in building and maintaining a collaborative, goal oriented environment, and will directly contribute to our continued success in the New Year!
Highlights of the Role:
• We're looking for someone highly motivated and results-driven with excellent communication skills
• You'll build meaningful relationships with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and showcase how our clients can provide solutions to meet their challenges
• In this role, you'll generate revenue by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through proactive outreach
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Representative:
• Engage with clients and customers face-to-face to promote our brands, gather feedback, and build meaningful connections
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert potential customers into loyal clients, sharing valuable insights to refine strategies
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing each customer's unique needs with professionalism and care
• Boost revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction by staying informed about current promotions and effectively communicating their value
• Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring quick and satisfactory outcomes that build trust and loyalty
• Collaborate with top-performing Verizon Customer Representatives and senior managers to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance your skills
Qualifications for the Verizon Customer Representative Position:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or similar customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory
• Charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge to achieve success
• Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in the marketing industry, paired with a genuine passion for helping others
