Verizon Enrollment Associate

We are looking to hire a Verizon Enrollment Associate that will be responsible for working with customers directly, identifying the evolving needs of our clients demands and enrolling customers in desired services. The Verizon Enrollment Associate will be involved in driving revenue generated for our clients by working with customers who have inquired about our services to better suit their current needs. As a Verizon Enrollment Associate, you will also be responsible for new business opportunities, increasing market share, and engaging with customers to build strong rapport for long lasting relationships and clientele. The Verizon Enrollment Associate will also work with our internal teams to be multi-skilled in all aspects of business including but not limited to customer service, sales, business development, and management. Our company is not looking for just anyone to fill this role, we are looking for a Verizon Enrollment Associate who will focus beyond just maintaining relationships with customers but really fostering them. Our customers are extremely important to us and we want to ensure they have full service satisfaction. Verizon Enrollment AssociateResponsibilities: • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Verizon services to clearly explain plans, features, and benefits to potential customers during direct interactions, ensuring accurate enrollments and effective account management. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster trust, encourage satisfaction, and support ongoing loyalty to Verizon services. • Actively engage with potential customers in person to promote and enroll them in Verizon services, helping to expand customer base and drive growth in assigned territories. • Adapt communication and approach based on customer needs, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and completing enrollments or service upgrades as necessary to ensure a positive and personalized experience. • Develop and implement any sales strategies that will allow the business to drive and exceed revenue generated • Stay up to date on new services offered by the company and client allowing our Verizon Enrollment Associates to evolve in customer needs and be a superior consulting firm Verizon Enrollment AssociateQualifications: • A highschool diploma or equivalency • Prior experience in a customer/client facing or sales role is encouraged • Excellent communication skills • Time management and detail oriented • Ability to work flexible hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: $825.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: On the road
