Responsibilities of a Verizon Enrollment Representative: • Engage directly with customers to explain Verizon’s fiber and wireless solutions. • Assist clients with the full enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience. • Provide personalized recommendations to meet customer needs. • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly enrollment goals. • Represent both Verizon and Long Island Telecommunications with professionalism and integrity. • Answer customer questions with clarity and confidence, delivering high-quality service.
