Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. Duties • Conduct in-person consultations to highlight features and benefits to customers. • Follow up on leads that are provided through door-to-door canvassing. • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers both in-person and over the phone. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. • Familiarity with and upselling techniques is advantageous. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
