Job Description

As a Verizon Team Member, you will work to ensure that customers have a seamless experience with our client’s products, services, and sales process. The Verizon Team Member will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by assisting with product inquiries, assisting customers in available services, and qualifying them for eligibility. The Verizon Team Member will work as a part of a customer's experience and have the satisfaction of working with them on services that will enhance their experience. The Verizon Team Member will also troubleshoot, place orders and provide timely resolutions. This role offers a chance to make a real difference in how customers perceive and interact with our company and clients. As a Verizon Team Member, your contributions will be central to maintaining a high standard of customer service and sales. Responsibilities of a Verizon Team Member: ● Work with customers, delivering personalized customer service with every experience ● Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction ● Handle various consumer tasks such as answering product-related questions, providing recommendations, and assisting with their enrollment process ● Resolve customer issues on the spot, ensuring customer feeling satisfied and enhancing their experience ● Stay informed about services to provide up-to-date knowledge while maintaining eligibility guidelines ● Educate all new potential customers on the benefits of our services and how our clients products enhance their needs ● Answer all inquiries and questions professionally and clearly ● Provide customers with essential information and handouts that are necessary for them to file when enrolling in services or with insurance claims ● As a Verizon Team Member, you will maintain those filed papers accordingly to keep organized for client tracking purposes Verizon Team Member Qualifications: ● The ability to clearly and effectively convey information, whether it's helping customers understand products or working with team members. ● Capacity to assess a situation, identify potential issues, and quickly find effective solutions ● Ability to remain calm and professional while handling multiple tasks ● A passion and a willingness to learn about new enrollment services to better serve customers ● Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,300.00 per month Shift: β€’ Day shift Work Days: β€’ Monday to Friday β€’ Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
