We specialize exclusively inemergency veterinary care,no vaccines, no wellness exams, just critical care when pets and their people need us most. We’re looking for aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)with experience in the veterinary field, ideally emergency or specialty medicine, who thrives under pressure, communicates with empathy, and works well in a fast-paced, emotionally intense environment. What You'll Do: • Be the calm, informed, and compassionate first contact for distressed pet owners during emergencies • Efficiently manage phone triage, patient check-in, and communication throughout urgent care visits • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care • Work closely with emergency technicians and doctors to facilitate smooth patient flow • Maintain accurate records and detailed communication through veterinary software What We’re Looking For: • Veterinary clinic experience required, preferably in emergency or specialty practice • Weekday availability for10–13 hour shifts • Strong multitasking, communication, and critical thinking skills • A calm, compassionate presence for both clients and team members • Comfort navigating emotionally intense situations and high-stress cases If you're ready to bring your veterinary knowledge to the front lines of emergency pet care and want to work in a place wherecompassion meets action, we want to hear from you.
