The VFS Quality Assurance team is part of the larger StubHub Catalogue Team, which is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all events on its consumer-facing platform. The Catalogue Team is part of the North America business operations group and work cross-functionally with product, customer service, supply, and fulfillment to drive a world-class ticketing catalog. Agents on the VFS Quality Assurance team will coordinate directly with the Head of Catalogue Operations and the Catalogue Product Manager to prioritize and process view from seat images for the highest impact events globally.Â

View From Seat QA Associate who will be responsible for the quality control of view from seat imagery on StubHub’s customer facing website. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment is necessary to ensure strong site performance and customer experience. This role will be responsible for publishing and reviewing all new view from seat imagery on StubHub’s website in accordance with established guidelines. This person will work within the North America business operations group and work cross-functionally with product, customer service, supply, and fulfillment to drive a world-class ticketing catalog.Â

This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours.
This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Researching view from seat references for different venue configurationsÂ
- Checking view from seat images rendered by 3D models for quality and accuracyÂ
- Corresponding with the vendors that create the 3D models to request changesÂ
- Maintaining up-to-date tracking of all configurations that you have checkedÂ
- Uploading imagery that has passed quality assurance checks directly onto the websiteÂ
- Troubleshooting issues with imagery uploadingÂ
- Supporting ad hoc projects as the need arisesÂ
What You've Done
- BS/BA degree or equivalent - 0 to 2 years related professional experienceÂ
- Ticketing or entertainment experience a plusÂ
- Self-starter and ability to execute on multiple projects and tasksÂ
- Strong ability to comprehend and understand processes with a desire to build and improve themÂ
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive targets and deadlinesÂ
- Flexibility including changing working schedule according to sports updates neededÂ
- Strong written and oral communication skillsÂ
- Team player who is comfortable working with various departmentsÂ
- Quick learner who is able to work independentlyÂ
