Virtual Desktop Administrator

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Systems Administrator who specializes in administering and deploying VMware Sphere 6, 6.5, or 6.7 and Horizon View 6 or 7 with a solid background in designing and documenting new infrastructure deployment to help us manage systems to support our Navy client in a secure modernized computer environment. 

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• As a Systems Administrator on our team, you’ll ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available and the virtual desktops are properly configured.
• You’ll help customers to overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management.
• Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network.
• Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Clearance: Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance. 
• High School Degree
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration with VMWare experience OR a minimum of 10 years experience in complex problem solving, software, systems, business processes, cyber security, network, hardware installation, network management, enterprise communications, information assurance, system administrator, data standardization without VMWare experience.
• Certification Required: IAT Level I (Sec+) or qualifying Bachelor's Degree.

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with system administration supporting DoD network systems, including Navy POR systems
• Experience with Dell or Cisco UCS server management
• Experience with implementing VMware, Linux, and Windows STIGs
• Experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, or NaviCLI
• Experience with EMC VNX, XtremIO, or Unity storage arrays using fiber channel or FCoE
• Knowledge of DoD security compliance auditing, DoD hardening, RMF, STIGs, and PKI
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• VMware Certified Professional 5 Certification or higher
• Navy Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Computing Environment Certification for a designated Operating System
• Secret Clearance.
