Virtual Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider – Join a Leading Bay Area Medical Group (Must reside in AZ, CA, FL, OR, or WA)

Opportunity Information

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Advanced Practice Provider in Pulmonology working in a virtual setting under the direct supervision of a Pulmonologist and with a team of nurses.

• Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule Pacific Standard Time
• Focus on Early Lung Cancer Detection Program
• About 30% focused on direct patient care and 70% focused on care coordination, clinical inbox management, and research and development

Requirements

• 6 months clinical experience
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
• Active DEA registration
• Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Florida (FL), Oregon (OR), or Washington (WA)
