Visual Design Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Associate that will support our design team in creating engaging and on-brand visuals for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social channels.  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of mediums including digital and print, ensuring alignment with Reliance Health’s branding and design standards.  
• Support the creation of internal marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital contents. 
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives. 
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all projects and internal communications.  
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.  
• Work closely with external print vendors to ensure production quality and accuracy. 
   

Requirements

• Requirements 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
• Experience: 2-4 years of visual design experience  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma or other collaborative tools is a plus. 
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work  
• Creativity: Demonstrates an eye for design, color, and layout.  
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking work for accuracy and quality, including spelling, alignment, and formatting. 
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and receiving constructive feedback. 
• Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar software. (Optional)
