Cprime is looking for a creative and versatile Junior Visual Designer with a strong eye for modern design trends and attention to detail. This role is perfect for a designer who is quick, innovative, and capable of crafting user-friendly design systems. This candidate should have some familiarity with designing for AI interfaces, creating ethical and valuable tools that align to user and business goals.

** This person will be working overlapping US Hours and will work 11am to 7:30pm IST in our Chennai office onsite.

What you will do:

• Assist in creating scalable design systems that are intuitive and efficient for teams to use.
• Design visually compelling assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers and developers to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and execution for marketing efforts.

Qualifications and skills:

• 2+ years of experience in roles like this. The ideal candidate has experience as a Visual Designer, Interaction Designer or equivalent.
• Proven experience in visual design with a focus on design systems and marketing assets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, on-trend designs and campaign work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma to create a design library for design and development teams.
• Familiarity with creating strong interactive prototypes for user testing and proof of concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with development teams.
• Experience working collaboratively with design, content, and development teams.

What will give you a step up:

• Experience using standard collaboration tools such as Miro, FigJam, or Mural
• Competent in creating designs and prototypes in Figma
• Proficient with prototyping such as Principle, Protopie
• G-Suite and Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, or Asana for documentation and project tracking

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in User Experience, Design, or a related field
