As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for strengthening our brand voice and visual storytelling efforts across all communication channels for our many audiences. You will also build compelling collaterals that highlight our work on the ground and contribute directly to the larger impact created by Karya.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Awareness of trends in graphic design, publication design, branding and web design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Canva
• Familiar with online website builders such as Wix, Squarespace and Webflow

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of video & animation 
• Creative coding project
• Interest in indic/non-latin typography
