Visual Designer

Job Description We’re looking for a Visual Designer to help shape the way our brand shows up—through powerful campaign visuals, event experiences, and smart design systems. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels, from mockups and pitch decks to polished templates and trade show graphics. This is a visible role—one where you'll regularly present your work, explain your design thinking, and engage directly with teams across the business, including company leadership. What you’ll do Creative Design • Translate ideas and goals into design that speaks clearly to our audiences, and build clean, compelling design work for campaigns, content, and internal projects. • Develop layouts and visual systems that are bold, smart, and on-brand. • Design and mock-up ideas and visuals for campaign pitches, brand experiences, and product launches. • Create trade show and event graphics that bring the brand to life in physical spaces. • Craft and present pitch decks and concept boards that help tell the story behind the idea. Collaboration & Culture • Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, as well as other creative departments such as Production, Film, Web, and Motion team to stay aligned and in sync. • Partner with Brand Managers to understand the needs of our various businesses and consult on creative ideas and approaches. • Turn insights from creative briefs into thoughtful, effective design solutions. Contribute ideas, offer constructive feedback, and help foster a collaborative, inspiring, creative culture. Brand Systems & Support • Have a love for brand design system—icons, templates, typography, and visual assets. Contribute to evolving these when necessary to keep the brand fresh. • Be a leader- use your years of experience to help guide the team on design thinking and problem solving, especially in areas like layout and system design. Who you are Experience:5+ years in design roles (Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer or similar) with a portfolio that shows strong concepts and polished execution. Tech Skills:Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Microsoft Suite for communications in the company. Creative Impact:Known for design work that’s clean, confident, and consistent. Communicator:Comfortable presenting your work and explaining your choices. Collaborator:You thrive in a team setting and bring out the best in others. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
